bug: alternate blink example

Steps To Reproduce

This may seem like a very simple question.
Loading the alternate blink example works just fine.
But when I start a new project and try to reproduce the behaviour only LED1 blinks.

What am I missing?

Expected behavior

Both LEDs should be blinking

Actual behavior

LED 1 blinks

I keep on getting this:

I am using version 0.12 stable.
It seems like this is not related to my board. Icestudio is not happy about me trying to connect one output to two inputs.

1. I set the LED pins for the example and upload --> works
2. I delete the existing connections and try to recreate them --> LEDs do not blink anymore

Select "Verify" instead of build and tell me if appears errors in the design.

Verify works fine.
I checked the generated .v files. The second LED ist not connected.
I quickly tested 0.13.4 from master. The UI behaves differently and the bug seems to be gone.
Btw. I got the olimex board working and needed to change some things. Shall I raise a PR?
