as the the message "Toolchain installed" on green is shown, but maybe prev error generate this package not installed error

i'm researching, could be problem with new apio, this probably break the icestudio fresh install, give me som time to review.

If you encounter the same error, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Icestudio path

On Ubuntu, the path is:

/home/$USER/.icestudio

2. Set up Python virtual environment

If you have Python installed and encountered an error after installing the toolchain via the app, you'll see a venv directory in the terminal. Activate it with:

source venv/bin/activate

3. Install Apio

Check if Apio is already installed:

apio --version

If not, install version 0.9.5:

pip install apio==0.9.5

4. Create the apio directory

Inside the Icestudio path (/home/$USER/.icestudio), create a directory named apio.

Your structure should look like this:

.icestudio
├── apio
├── venv
└── ...

5. Create the packages directory

Inside apio, create a directory named packages.

6. Download required packages

Download the following two packages (the second one may be optional — I haven't verified):

• First package (required):
  tools-oss-cad-suite v0.0.9

• Second package (optional):
  apio-examples v0.0.36

7. Extract and rename the downloaded files

Extract them in packages directory and rename them exactly as follows:

• → tools-oss-cad-suite
• → examples

Place both inside the packages directory.

8. Create profile.json

At the same level as the packages directory (inside apio), create a profile.json file with the following content:
