Reporting templates

Hi team!!! i'm creating som templates for bug reporting and feature requests.

When a user go to the issues and check in "new issue" appears the next screen:

The user could select "Blank" (the current), or the others tamplates that i'm writting, for example for new bug:

The idea is standardize the bug reporting and the feature requests, if you want to modify this templates you could do in .github directory.
