Peak finding will miss the peaks which are clearly there. It doesn't happen in all the data files, but only some data files

Hello,
I run into some issue with El-MAVEN. For a high abundant metabolite, Leucine, the software cannot find it in some data files, but the Leucine peak is clearly there if I use Xcalibur. Three replicates with similar peak height for Leucine, but El-MAVEN missed it in one data file. How can I manually add it?
