When correcting the metadata of a PDF article I archived, it would be very nice if I could actually fix the file creation/modification timestamp on the filesystem to match the article's date, too.
Or at least, preserve the existing filesystem mtime, so that if I had set a specific modification item for the file previously, fixing the metadata wouldn't lose that piece of filesystem metadata... some other apps like sound and image converters can preserve file modification times like that.
