Doesn't work on VSCode Version: 1.84.2 (Universal)

This Extension doesn't work at all on my machine:

macOS 14.1.2 (23B92)
VSCode Version: 1.84.2 (Universal)

It doesn't show any emojis or any suggestions. It doesn't show emojis in VSCode Preview (for Markdown)
