Overlapping items and other issues on EMI

Describe the bug

• Farmer:
  Some items appears above other items, while there is no output items on the output side

• Ferlizer:
  Just appears bonemeal for the tooltip but shows the MA fertilizer

• Enchanter:
  Some items on EMI are moved from the center

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open the game with EMI and MA mods

Expected behavior

• Farmer:
  That you can see the result of a recipes and the requirements

-Fertilizer:
Both should be shown with a bit more context (although its already clear)

Mods installed:

The video and some images were taken from a modpack, but tested with the mod above

The Farmer and Fertilizer categories make use of JEI's 'Scroll Grid Factory' which EMI might not support.

The Enchanter enchanter recipes that alternate between multiple different stack sizes (generally including ones that go above 64) don't seem to display properly either.

Might be worth reporting these issues to EMI?
