Send SIP SIMPLE SMS instead of answering incoming call

Hi!

1. Describe the bug (mandatory)
   On mobile service handsets, the phone app often has 3 options to an incoming call:
   1. Answer
   2. Decline
   3. Send a SMS message (and decline)

Any thoughts on Linphone [Android] having that 3rd option added?

That's a good idea.
This won't be done for 6.0.0 release but we'll consider adding it in a later release.
